Our unique approach to the science of accidents and risk reduction produces results. A multifactorial model encompassing people, equipment and environment factors is used in conjunction with a multidisciplinary view which employs the medical, engineering, ergonomic and behavioural sciences. This depth and breadth of expertise goes far beyond the boundaries of specific industries.

Our History

InterSafe was formed in 1996. Its founders brough into the company extensive experience in the consulting, engineering, ergonomics and safety areas. InterSafe has steadily grown, both in experience and numbers of professionals employed. The professional qualifications are in the engineering, biomedical and medical areas.

The company investigates and reports on hundreds of major damaging occurrences per annum, consults nationally and internationally and completes research into patterns of personal damage and the underlying phenomena.

In-house Library. A continually updated reference library with over 20,000 entries.

Specialised Software. For understanding and visualising complex phenomena including crash simulation, bio-mechanical modelling, static strength prediction, engineering simulation and animation.

Measurement Hardware. Including pedestrian and road slip resistance testers (Pendulum and Tortus II), vehicle performance data logging equipment, video recording and editing equipment, surveying hardware ...just to name a few.
