Product Description

 Abstract

The focus of OH&S activity has been one of developing and implementing systems with a strong focus on human behaviour. If this approach had been successful, it should reflect in the total quantity of human damage produced as a by-product of work. However, three national reports on work-related personal damage in Australia clearly show that the size of such damage problem is increasing. The latest report suggests that annually there are in excess of 60,000 Australians classified as permanently damaged from work-related activities – a staggering figure.
