Vehicle Vibration Jolt/Jar Assessment

We provide vehicle and mobile plant vibration jolt/jar assessments.

Our assessments use a Svantek SV100 triaxial whole body accelerometer seat-pad to measure and record the whole body vibration exposure of your vehicle and mobile plant operators.  Our reports compare the results with the whole body vibration standard AS 2670.1 and provide guidance in relation to exposure time and intervention strategies.

Our assessment is based on investigation of hundreds of incidents involving operators being subjected to vibration, jolt and jar and sustaining, usually, permanent lumbar spine damage.

We can provide a comprehensive assessment of your entire fleet or evaluate the whole body vibration exposure for a single vehicle or piece of plant.
